Beer Braised Beef in a slow cooker is A M A Z I N G! I added a few baby carrots and potatoes and peas over rice...Dinner! quick and easy and very good!

Fixed this mix for dinner last night. I did not have any regular beer but had a German flavored Cherry beer so I used it and to my amazement, it was great. I did add some chopped up onions and bell pepper. I also used 1 pound stew meat and 1 pound deer backstrap since I did not have enough stew meat. I also added some flour/water mixture to thicken the broth. This mix is great! Served it over rice but next time, I am going to serve it over egg noodles. We had this and beer bread for dinner. YUMMY

I loved the Beer Braised Beef, however, I used beef broth instead of beer. It came out great, but I love the idea of adding in veggies too!

Just received some feedback on the crock pot beer braised mix and it was a big positive.

I love how easy it is and really only 2 ingredients - beef & beer!

OMG. This is my husband's favorite. I make this every two weeks. If you have not tried this you owe it to yourself to try it. Awesome. Delicious and easy.

Tonight, I used this mix to make Salisbury steak. Omit the beer and used beef broth, mix contents of package with broth, use cornstarch to thicken and make a gravy.  Pour mixture over your Salisbury steaks in baking pan. Bake at 375 for 30 to 45 minutes.
