Customer Comments:

During the holiday season I truly enjoyed our wonderful easy mixes.  A favorite of everyone is the Black Bean Salsa.  I don't use the "chopped" tomato....instead, I use
1-can original Rotel tomatoes - 1-can Black Beans (rinsed) and 1-can Whole Corn.... with the mix... the trick is to make and leave in fridge overnight!!  I use olive oil and lemon juice..... so awesome with SCOOPS!   Also can carry for a Salad to any function.... for crunch chop some celery and mince one jalapeno for additional KICK

This mix has become more popular and I personally have been selling more of it this year than in the past. I think people are really becoming more health conscience. This is a mix that needs no sour cream or dairy products and if you prepare it as directed, it makes a ton of salsa. It is terrific as prepared, with just the right amount of 'kick'. But because this mix is basically a spice packet, you can change up the salsa ingredients or use the mix in other variations.
