Please, do yourself a flavor and try this mix it is awesome. It’s one of my favorite mixes for seasoning for Italian cooking. In fact, I used this mix this week in making easy Chicken Parmesan. I drizzle chicken with olive oil, coat the chicken pieces with Brushetta mix, cover with Ragu, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, and then baked at 350 for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. This is such an easy dish to do, and I have even made it with slices of eggplant for eggplant parmesan.

French Bread Pizzas
Take French bread rolls and top with Bruschetta mix, mozzarella cheese, and pepperonis. Bake at 350 until crisp.
Bruschetta Crescents or Mini French Bread Pizzas
Separate 1 pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls into triangles and spread with Bruschetta mix. Bake at 375 for approx 8-10 minutes.
Breaking Bread Bruschetta
1 pt. red cherry tomatoes
1 pit. heirloom cherry tomatoes (yellow, green, purple)
1 pkg. BRUSCHETTA MIX, divided
olive oil to moisten
salt/pepper to taste
Halve all of the tomatoes, sprinkle with salt/pepper to taste and sprinkle with 1/2 pkg. BRUSCHETTA MIX. Drizzle olive oil to moisten and let sit for several hours in a covered container, not in the fridge. Right before serving, add another sprinkle of BRUSCHETTA MIX mix. Top your sliced toasted crostini with this fresh and flavorful tomato bruschetta.
