Made the Cheesy Potato Casserole last night and what can I say but YUM!! It was SO good that I just ate a big bowl of it for dinner tonight and nothing else! Highly recommend!

I love this mix. I tell everyone how wonderful this mix is, and I am so happy that I can buy it by the batch.

One of my family favorites. Sometimes I make the potatoes as the recipe calls and put in a covered oven dish and then add meat to the top of the dish - pork chops, ham or chicken breasts. So yummy!

My family LOVES this one. It is gone in no time every time I

I love this mix. I used at a show and people couldn't get over it. Orders still coming in. It’s my husband’s new favorite. I made it with French fried onions on top – it is out of this world.

I absolutely love this mix! I have made it 2 times already
& I have 2 more in my pantry. The only suggestion I have is using Velveeta
instead of cheese soup. It makes it more cheesy! I
have also mixed in cooked ground beef.

I use this mix just as directed, although I have added chunks of diced ham or smoked sausage. It is my son's favorite mix and he asks for it often. I sell quite a bit of it even when I don't sample it because my family just loves it. I even served it for Christmas dinner this year.

Yummy! It has a hint of mushroom flavor and not so salty.

So delicious, my very fussy DH had two huge helpings! I didn't have a can of cheese soup so I substituted Cheez Whiz and added a drained can of tuna. I grated cheddar over the top. Very easy and tasty!

Add 12 eggs (beaten, but not cooked) to the mixture. Put it in a 9x13 pan. Add some cooked, crumbled bacon and/or cooked ground sausage. Bake as directed on the package. Super easy.
