Hopefully this will get you to see how you can use coffee as an ingredient, not just a morning cup of joe!

Cafe' Mochas- Add 1 tbl of any of our hot chocolate mixes to you cup of brewed coffee. Top with a spoonful of cool whip

Chocolate Espresso Cheesecake Dip- Combine 2 tbls of brewed coffee (cold) to our Chocolate Pecan Cheesecake Dip.

Cold Brewed Coffee- Make a pot of our coffees and keep cold in the fridge to use as a liquid ingredient in cakes, cookies, brownies and breads.

Coffee Glaze- Add cooled brewed coffee to confectionary sugar to make a glaze for cookies and cakes. Try this over a chocolate cake.

Cafe Au Lait- Using your favorite coffee as a base, take 1/2 cup of milk and steam it in a saucepan on the stove or place in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. If you have an espresso machine, you can also use your frother. Pour the milk over the coffee and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa powder.

This is for anyone who is familiar with Weight Watchers. I lived on this drink when I was on WW. Mix a 1/2 package of FF/SF hot cocoa mix (store bought) into your cup of coffee. Add just a splash of milk and top with 1 spoonful of FF/SF whipped topping.

Gift Ideas Using This Mix:

Give a variety of coffees with a set of coffee mugs or a new coffee pot or coffee carafe as a holiday gift or wedding shower gift.

A great gift idea for these can be as simple as filling a clear glass jar that can be decorated if you wish and make a cute little card that says something like :

"Bean Thinking of You"

Our coffees go great in a "Breakfast Basket", with our pancake and muffin mixes. They would also be a great addition to a wedding or shower gift if purchasing a coffee maker. They are great in mug sets with a chocolate covered spoon or an individually wrapped biscotti.
