Customer Feedback: Everyone loved the shrimp cornbread the best.  It seemed very popular even with kids that were there.

Did you know? – Fun fact!

Did you know where the recipe for Crawfish/Shrimp Cornbread came from?  It was an experiment deriving from several different cornbread recipes.  We wanted the end product to be moist but be able to hold together and not crumble, and we wanted the spices to be just right!  In the spring in the south, crawfish boils are super popular, and the leftover crawfish are often saved and used in dishes like our delicious Crawfish/Shrimp Cornbread!  For those of you not fond of the south’s so called, “mud-bugs”, shrimp can easily be substituted for just as tasty of a meal.
