Spiced up Corn on the Cob

We just tried the Jamaica Jerk seasoning on buttered corn-on-the-cob, and it was really excellent! Even my veggie-hater son ate two pieces with the seasoning on it...really gives it a sweet/spicy kick.

Jamaican Jerk Chicken Skewers

1-2 pkgs. (2 lbs.) chicken cutlets
3 T. JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING
olive oil to moisten
skewers

Slice chicken into strips. Place in a ziploc bag. Drizzle with olive oil to coat and add in seasoning. Zip and shake to coat. Remove each piece one at a time and 'weave' onto skewers.  Repeat until done. Grill or bake in oven at 350 for 15 minuntes or until done.
