I made the lemon fruit dip for the first time and served it with strawberries. It was so good! I am going to make it again tomorrow to take on a picnic with friends from church. Once again, you cannot go wrong with TGC products.

Customer Comments: Customers were very pleased I was there. Everyone loved the Lemon Fruit Dip.
The Lemon Fruit Dip is excellent on summer fruits, of course, but also as a cracker dip for something sweet. It is much lighter than the Lemon Cheesecake Spread, which I also make as a dip, by combining all ingredients with cream cheese. When sampling one, I usually point out the second one, letting my customers decide between a tart, heavier taste (cheesecake) and a lighter lemony taste. I have equal response from both.

Add a package of Lemon Fruit Dip mix to 1 small container of Mascarpone cheese. Add 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips. Fill pre-made cannoli shells with a piping bag or a filled Ziploc bag with the corner snipped.
If you can't find cannoli shells, layer the filling in a martini glass and top with a waffle cookie or fill an ice cream waffle bowl with the mixture.
