Italian Man’s Special (soup)

Pot Roast Soup in Crock Pot

Texas Black Bean Soup

 

Prepare Minestrone Soup as directed, using sausage or other ground meat such as ground turkey or chicken. Add in 1 pkg. of fresh baby spinach at the end (last 5 minutes) or cooked kale or other favorite green.

 

Gift Ideas Using This Mix:

 

Put together an Italian basket with any of the following mixes.  Place in a colander with some wooden spoons, an Italian cookbook, or some fun shaped pasta!!  Skillet Lasagna, Italian Seasoning in shaker jar, Parmesan Herb in shaker jar (can be used as a rub, mashed potato mix in, or a sprinkle for crescents), “Tastes Like More” Tomato Soup, Minestrone Soup, Brushetta Bread, Herb Dip, Alfredo Lasagna, Tomato Basil Dip, etc.

 

Attach a note to this mix stating, “Wishing you a “Soup-er” holiday, b-day, any day!”
