Picnic Friendly Pasta Salad
Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad
As everyone has different taste you can change this
up and use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch and you can vary amount of hot
sauce and dressing based on your preference. I usually use the small
amount of hot sauce, I don't LIKE it
real hot! You can also use canned chicken, rotisserie chicken, or whatever
is easier, you might also like to top it with some
crumbled blue cheese!
Can be served as a side or as a meal for 2
1 pkg TGC Pasta Salad
1/3 c franks buffalo sauce
2/3 c your favorite light ranch
dressing (Blue cheese)
2 c Chopped chicken (I used Left
over Fried chicken breast)
Prepare Pasta Salad except for the mayo, Toss chicken in
the hot sauce, add to the pasta salad add the ranch dressing
toss and enjoy!!
