You can use this seasoning on everything from roasts, stews, stroganoffs to something as something as simple as making French Onion Dip (recipe below).
It has great flavor, and my customers love that it is something they have enough for more than one use.

I love this mix although I have never used it on a Pot roast. The only way I have used this is on steaks that I grill on the grill.

I have used the seasoning as a rub on a frozen pork roast, rubbed it on all four sides, placed it in a baking pan, covered it with foil and baked at 350 for 3 hours, it was tender, juicy, and my family loved the flavor!!

If you love your crock-pot, you will love these recipes! The meals are quick and easy and the price is very affordable. Try these with chicken, pork, beef, or seafood.  Start with the meat, add a can of something, and two to four tablespoons of a TGC rub and viola! A real meal, real easy, and real FAST!

Recipes are based on 3 pounds of meat (Chicken, Pork, Turkey, Beef, Seafood). Pork includes pork chops, pork roast, pork tenderloin, or pork loin.

 

Chicken/Pork/Turkey-3 Tablespoons Pork Roast Rub or Pot Roast Rub. Add 1 can of beer or 1 can Cream of Mushroom (or Chicken) soup with ˝ can of water.

 

Chicken/Pork/Turkey-3 Tablespoons Parmesan Herb Rub or Pork Roast Rub or Pot Roast Rub. Add 1 can Chicken Broth or 2 cups liquid margarita mix or 1 can chicken broth, 3 teaspoons soy sauce, and 1/3 cup of honey.

 

Beef/Roast- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Herb or Pork Roast or Pot Roast. Add 1 can Cream of Mushroom (or Chicken) soup and ˝ can of water.

 

Stew Meat- 3 tablespoons Parmesan Herb or Pot Roast Rub or Pot Roast Rub. Add 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup or Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can green beans and 1 can potatoes.

 

Cooking Instructions (for chicken, pork, beef or sausage) Divide the meat into separate freezer bags. Add the recommended seasonings and additional ingredients from the above instructions. Squish the air out, seal the zip lock bags and write the name of the seasoning on the bag, along with the following cooking suggestions:

 

Place in slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4-6 hours or Defrost the meat, place in baking dish and bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour or defrost the chicken breasts and grill over medium heat.

 

 

Additional Recipes:

 

French Onion Dip - 1 Tablespoon to 1 cup of sour cream.
