Sugar Free Dump Cake

 

Spicy Cherries Jubilee Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 pkg SF Cobbler, prepared as directed
2 16 oz cans SF Cherry Pie Filling
3 tbls Hot Spiced Cider Mix
2 tbls Captain Morgan Spiced Rum (optional)

In a large bowl, combine cherry pie filling with Hot Spiced Cider and rum. In another bowl, prepare Cobbler mix as directed. In a 9x13 greased cake pan, pour in Cherry filling, then sprinkle cobbler topping over the top. Bake as directed on cobbler package.

Wild Irish Rose Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 pkg SF Cobbler mix, prepared as directed
2 cups cooked and diced rhubarb
2 cups sliced sweet fresh strawberries
2 tbls Splenda

Directions:
Mix together the cooked rhubarb and strawberries with Splenda. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with cobbler topping and bake as directed on the package, until golden brown.
This will have a lovely 'rose' color and full of sweet wild strawberries...yum! Top with SF ice cream or SF cool whip.
