Yummy Oatmeal Mix

Mix together :
1 pkg of SF Fruit Crisp Mix
1 large container of instant quick oats
2 cups of raisins or Craisins

Keep in an airtight container. Scoop out what you need when you make your morning oatmeal.

Quick Cherry Crumble

Ingredients:
1 can of cherry pie filling (regular or sugar free)
1 small box of Jiffy cake mix or 1/2 box of regular yellow cake mix
1 pkg SF Fruit Crisp Mix, prepared as directed
1/2 stick of butter cut into pieces

In a 9x13 greased baking dish, pour in the cherry pie filling. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top. Place the cut up pieces of butter on top of that, then sprinkle the prepared fruit crisp mix over that. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

SF Peach and Pear Crisp

Ingredients:
1 pkg SF Fruit Crisp mix, prepared as directed
2 cups sliced peaches (fresh or canned drained)
2 cups sliced pears (fresh or canned drained)
2 tbls flour
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
In a large bowl toss together the peaches, pears, flour and cinnamon. Transfer toa 9x13 greased baking dish. Top with the prepared fruit crisp mix and bake at 350 until topping is browned and fruit is warmed through. Baking time will be longer if using fresh fruit over canned.

Cast Iron Grill Cake

Ingredients:
1 box SF yellow cake mix
2 cans cling peach halves
1 pkg SF Fruit Crisp Mix, prepared as directed

Directions:
Prepare half box of SF Yellow cake mix. Place batter in a greased medium cast iron pan. Place the peach halves face down in the batter. Then top with the SF prepared fruit crisp mix. Place cast iron pan on your grill and bake on there for 25 min. or until cake is done. This is a fun way to make a cake outside of the kitchen on hot day, after you grill your dinner.
