Lemon Flavored Side Salad

 

 

Lemon Lime Fruit Dip

Ingredients:
1/2 pkg SF Key Lime Pie Dip
1/2 pkg SF Lemonade Pie Dip
1 1/2 blocks cream cheese
1 cup SF Cool Whip

Directions:
Combine the first 3 ingredients together, then fold in the cool whip. Chill before serving. Optional add in- zest of a lime and lemon for a speckled effect.
Serve with a nice platter of cut up fruit for dipping

Side Salad

1 Package of the SF Lemonade Pie mixture
1 Large Cool Whip Lite
1 Large Carton of Cottage Cheese

Mix them all together and serve as a side salad. The other Sugar Free Pies would be great to make this way too. The next time I make this will drain a can of crushed Pineapple and add to mixture.

SF Low Carb Lemonade Dessert

2-8oz packages regular cream cheese (softened)
1 1/2 cup whipping cream
3-packets of sugar free sweetner
1-package sf lemonade pie mix

Whip cream and sweetener until peaks form set aside.Cream the cream cheese till soft add package of lemonade pie mix.Stir in whipped cream, but save 1/2 cup of whipped cream for topping.Spoon into dessert cups, chill 1 hour, and then top with remaining whipped cream and cherry if desired.

Low Sugar Holiday Punch

Ingredients:
1 pkg SF Lemonade Pie
2 cups water
4 cups light Cranberry Juice
2 liters diet ginger ale
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 lemon sliced
1 lime sliced
1/2 cup sugar free sorbet(lemon, lime, strawberry, your favorite)

In a large sauce pan, dissolve entire package of strawberry lemonade pie with 2 cups of water ( making a simple syrup).
Add in the cranberry juice and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and transfer to Punch Bowl. Pour in ginger ale and stir. Add in the fresh strawberries, lemon and lime slices and top with the sorbet.
Add ice cubes to keep cold.

Raspberry Lemon Compote

Ingredients:
1 pkg SF Lemonade Pie Mix
1 pint fresh or frozen raspberries
1 6 oz jar SF Raspberry Preserves
1/2 cup water

Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, add in water and lemonade pie mix, stir until dissolved on medium heat. Add in entire jar of preserves and whisk until combined. Add in fresh raspberries and simmer for 5 min.
Serve hot or warm over grandma's pound cake or angel food cake.

Lemon Berry Bruschetta

Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup diced fresh strawberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
2 tbls SF Lemonade Pie mix

Directions:
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to use. Top your yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins and more.

Sugar Free Ice Pops

Kids are diabetic too, or if you're looking for a sugar free treat, try these.
Ingredients:
1 pkg SF Lemonade Pie Mix
4 cups boiling water
ice pop molds, or heavy plastic 3 oz cups with popsicle sticks

Directions:
In a large bowl mix together the mix and water until dissolved. Pour into molds or cups and freeze. If using cups you will need to cover with plastic wrap and then place popsicle stick through the wrap to stand up straight. Until frozen.
