Sugar Free PB Pie Sandwich Crackers

You need: PB Pie mix
8 oz softened cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
Package of sugar free Graham crackers

Prepare the mix as directed, but instead of putting into a pie crust, spread between two sugar free graham crackers. Store in freezer in an airtight container/ziploc.

This is a great way to share this mix with more people, especially at a party. Or, if you are like me and have friends who don't happen to like chocolate and pb mixed together you can do some plain graham crackers and some with chocolate graham crackers.
